You’ve most likely read more than once that Avril is the main character of Batora: Lost Haven. Yet, we still haven’t told you much about her, so let’s get to know Avril a little bit better today!
Avril is a sixteen-year-old girl who lived her life to the fullest, except for the natural struggles a teenager has to deal with.
She didn’t like studying very much, actually, she has always been a bit of a maverick. Definitely not a bookworm, she has always preferred climbing trees and get into trouble with her friend Mila to any other quiet activity.
That was before the outbreak of a war completely changed her life and obscured most of the planet Earth. Now, Avril, forced to live in a dark place, among chaos and anarchy, is no longer the same girl she used to be and that you’d never have called a natural-born hero.
She is the only one who, with her physical and mental powers, can attempt to save the Earth from oblivion. Come hell or high water.
Along her path made of development and growth, Avril will travel from one planet to another, uncovering bigger and bigger secrets as the universe’s condition becomes more unstable and heavy.
She will soon find out that there is nor black or white, nor good or evil: there are decisions and these imply consequences leading to multiple outcomes.
